
Grey Lux is a multimedia artist based in Somerset, California. Interested in the esoteric, his art explores themes of spirituality, mysticism, dreams, culture, politics, and human psychology. Grey creates using a melange of various mediums, and is currently developing a collection of paintings, prints, textiles, pottery, and home accessories inspired by his exploration of his Taíno Borikén identities & cultures, as well as the spiritual cosmology of the Taínos.
Located in Somerset, CA, Breuwen is the shared artist workshop of Grey Lux and William Chase. Breuwen, creates original thoughtful pottery, paintings, textiles, wallpaper, and home goods with the goal of bringing enchantment to all aspects of life. A connection to Life, Earth, and Spirit are expressed through each of their handmade pieces, as well as a desire to share the beauty they encounter in the world.
In addition to their own studio practice, Grey and Will also host potter workshops focused on the use of their unique wood fire kiln. The kiln was designed and constructed by Will with the intention of creating atmospheric effects similar to the wood fire pottery produced in the Bizen, Japan region.
